One of the features I love is its support for vaginal health, which is often overlooked during menopause, but is so crucial. Additionally, I appreciate the boost in my energy levels; I�ve gained a little pep in my step! The 50 billion CFU dosage is particularly appealing because I feel confident I�m getting a robust probiotic benefit. The capsules are easy to swallow�a plus for those of us who struggle with larger pills.
I had low expectations, but surprisingly I do feel like they really made a difference with menopausal symptoms. I like that there a lot of different vitamins in the capsules vs. having to take a ton of different capsules. Easy to swallow, no weird taste, no side effects that I noticed.
This is a well combined supplement. It has enzymes, probiotics and prebiotics with herbs. All the ingredients are in aid of female balance. The supplement is a good blend and happy to find this.
Helped a lot with my hot flashes and mood swings. It's now an essential part of my daily routine.
